Office Workstation & Office Desk Systems — Factory Direct in KL, PJ and Selangor

Open concept cluster workstations, L-shape office tables and partition panels, supplied and installed

Most offices we fit out have the same three problems: not enough desks for the headcount, no storage that locks, and a floor plan that stopped making sense two hires ago.

This category covers the systems we use to fix that. Open concept cluster workstations in 2, 4 and 6-seater configurations. L-shape and rectangular office tables. Screen desking panels and floor-standing partitions when a team needs separation. All of it built to commercial spec rather than home-office spec, because a desk in a working office gets used eight hours a day, five days a week, for years.

Send us your floor plan and headcount and we will come back with a layout and a price. That is usually faster than browsing.

Shop by configuration

2-seater workstations

Face-to-face or side-by-side pairs. The right choice for small offices, satellite branches, and filling awkward corners where a four-cluster will not fit. Also the standard unit for managers who need a deputy seated nearby.

4-seater cluster workstations

Our most-ordered configuration. Four desks in a single 2400mm x 1200mm footprint, each with its own pedestal and screen panel. This is the workhorse layout for open-plan departments — customer service, operations, finance, sales floors.

6-seater benching systems

Linear runs for higher-density floors. Common in call centres, shared-service offices, and tech teams that want people close enough to talk without turning around. Cable management runs the length of the bench rather than dropping to the floor at each seat.

L-shape office tables

For roles that need a second working plane — a manager reviewing documents while on a call, a designer with a tablet beside the monitor, a receptionist handling walk-ins and a computer at once. Available with side return left or right.

Rectangular office tables

The straightforward option. Single desks for private rooms, meeting-adjacent workspaces, and offices that want a clean uniform look without cluster screens.

Office partition panels and screen desking

Screen desking panels sit on the desk surface at around 290–300mm — high enough to break line of sight when seated, low enough that the room still feels open and daylight still reaches the middle of the floor. Floor-standing partition panels go higher when a department genuinely needs acoustic and visual separation.

What "commercial grade" actually means here

The phrase gets used loosely. Here is what it means on our systems specifically.

Melamine solid board tops. Not low-density particle board. The difference shows up when someone spills a drink — solid board takes it, particle board swells at the edge and never recovers.

PVC edge banding. Impact-resistant banding on exposed edges. It stops chipping at the corners where chairs and trolleys hit, keeps moisture out of the board core, and means nobody catches a sleeve on a sharp edge.

Steel leg frames. Structural steel, not thin hollow section. Push a cheap desk sideways and it flexes; that flex is what makes a monitor wobble when you type. Our diamond steel frames spread load across a wider base.

750mm desk height. The commercial standard, and the height that standard ergonomic mesh chairs are designed around. Get this wrong and every chair in the office needs adjusting to compensate.

Locking pedestals. Fixed and mobile pedestals, with combination-lock options on selected series so nobody is chasing lost keys.

How to choose the right office workstation

A practical checklist, whether or not you buy from us.

1. Count seats, then count the floor. Divide your usable floor area by headcount before choosing a configuration. Under 60 square feet per person, go with cluster or benching systems. Above that, you have room for L-shapes.

2. Leave real clearance behind each seat. 900mm minimum for a chair to push back, 1200mm if people need to walk behind a seated colleague. This is the measurement most offices get wrong, and it is the one you feel every day.

3. Decide about storage before you decide about desks. Fixed pedestals add rigidity and cost nothing in floor space. Mobile pedestals are flexible but need somewhere to live. Freestanding cabinets eat floor area you have already paid rent on.

4. Match panel height to the work, not the trend. Sales and support floors do better with low 290–300mm screens that let people talk over. Finance, HR and legal usually want taller panels or floor-standing partitions.

5. Plan cabling at layout stage. Retrofitting cable trays and grommets after installation costs more than specifying them upfront, and it always looks worse.

6. Check the frame in person. Sit at it. Lean on it. Type on it with a monitor in front of you. Ten minutes in a showroom tells you more than any spec sheet.

Factory-direct pricing and how quoting works

We dispatch from our central warehouse and fulfilment facility in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. Ordering from us means you are not paying a reseller margin on top of the manufacturing cost.

Pricing depends on configuration, quantity, and finish, so we quote per project rather than posting a single figure. For a realistic number, send us:

  • Headcount to be seated
  • Floor plan or rough dimensions of the space
  • Whether you need storage at each seat
  • Your target installation date

Bulk and project pricing applies on larger fit-outs. We handle full-floor and multi-floor corporate projects regularly, including phased installations where a company is moving in departments at a time.

Procurement notes: we issue full commercial invoices compatible with standard corporate purchasing workflows and SQL accounting. Quotations, delivery orders and invoices come in the formats your finance team already expects.

Visit a showroom

Photographs flatten everything. Colour reads differently under showroom lighting than on a screen, and you cannot judge frame stability from an image at all.

Petaling Jaya: Sunway Damansara showroom — convenient for anyone in PJ, Damansara, Bandar Utama, Kota Damansara and central KL.

Johor Bahru: Jalan Pertama showroom — serving JB and the southern region.

Sample units from our main workstation series are on display at both. Come and sit at them.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an office workstation cost in Malaysia? Price depends on configuration, quantity and finish. A 4-seater cluster costs less per seat than four individual desks, and bulk project pricing brings it down further. Send us your headcount and floor plan for a firm quotation.

How many people fit in a 4-cluster workstation? Four, each with a dedicated desk area, screen panel and pedestal. A standard 4-cluster occupies roughly 2400mm x 1200mm.

What is the standard office table size in Malaysia? The common commercial standard is 1200mm–1500mm wide by 600mm deep per person, at 750mm height. Cluster systems share depth between facing seats, which is why a 4-cluster fits four people in 1200mm total depth.

What is the difference between an open concept workstation and a cubicle? Open concept systems use low screen desking panels around 290–300mm high, so people can see and talk across the desk. Cubicles use full floor-standing partitions, usually 1200mm or taller, which create enclosed individual bays. Open concept suits collaborative teams; cubicles suit focused or confidential work.

Do you provide installation, or delivery only? Both. Our project teams deliver and install on site. Installation is included in quotations for our core service areas — confirm it at quoting stage so it is scheduled with the delivery.

How long does delivery take? Stock items in our core KL and Selangor service areas typically take 3 to 7 working days including installation. Larger fit-outs and customised orders take longer, and we confirm the schedule when we quote.

Can you work to our floor plan? Yes. Send us the plan and headcount and we will return a proposed layout. This is normal for us on office fit-outs and there is no charge for the layout proposal.

Do you supply office chairs as well as desks? Ask our sales team about matching seating for your workstation order — specifying chairs and desks together avoids height mismatches.

Can we see samples before committing to a bulk order? Yes. Visit either showroom, or ask about sample arrangements for large project orders.

Do you handle office relocations and phased installations? Yes. Multi-phase installations, where departments move in over several weeks, are common on larger corporate projects. Tell us the phasing at quotation stage.

What payment and documentation do you provide for company purchases? Full commercial invoicing compatible with corporate procurement processes and SQL accounting, including quotations and delivery orders.
